Collection of the certificate documents
Your certificate documents will be available for you from the last Friday
- of September (completion of studies in the summer semester) or
- of March (completion of studies in the winter semester) of a year
at the Examinations Office in Building 1/ Room 122.1 during the regular opening hours of the Examinations Office from 9:00 -12:00.
You can also always see the date in the university calender of events.
What must be observed?
The certificate documents may only be issued if the students at HFT Stuttgart have been discharged. This means:
- All borrowed books must be returned to the library.
- All keys that were issued during the course of studies must have been returned to the janitors or the responsible persons in the study programs.
- No other outstanding fees with Plott-Service etc.
Authorization of third parties to collect the certificate documents:
If you do not collect your certificate in person, we require a power of attorney from you as well as the ID of the person collecting it as proof.
You can use the following form “Authorization for third parties to collect documents from the Student Affairs Department”.

If you would like to have your certificate sent to you, please proceed as follows:
