Starting your studies well prepared!

Have you been accepted to study at HFT Stuttgart? Congratulations! Start your studies well prepared: The Service Centre for competence-based & innovative Learning & Teaching (SkiLL), in cooperation with the Bachelor's programmes and the central university facilities, organises a compact week before the start of thr semester that is unique in this form.

The orientation week focuses on three goals:

Get to know the HFT Stuttgart

During the Orientation Week you will have the opportunity to get to know the university, the individual institutions, your lecturers and other students. This allows you to make valuable contacts even before you actually start your studies.

Project work

You will work on course-related project tasks in small project groups. In addition to your specialist skills, your ability to work in a team, conduct research and present and visualize the results will be challenged and encouraged.

Learn how to study

Proper learning needs to be learned! You have the opportunity to learn more about different learning techniques and strategies for your studies and find out what suits you personally.

The Orientation Week for the Summer term takes place from 11 - 14 March 2024!

Your HFT account will take you to Moodle. There you will receive important information about the preparation week - we look forward to seeing you!
