This year's prize of the advisory board of the Master's programme International Project Management was awarded during the 53st advisory board meeting to Tariro Muparadzi for her outstanding thesis.

The master's thesis "A quantitative study on self-perceived vs. assessed motivational cultural intelligence among junior project managers leading global virtual teams for Germany-based organizations." explores how system-based general contractors (SBGCs) can integrate non-standard projects into their process-based integrated planning systems. It identifies key challenges such as limited knowledge, collaboration difficulties, and over-reliance on standard processes. Proposed solutions include forming a dedicated concept team, enhancing early engagement, and leveraging AI for project evaluation. The study aims to improve adaptability and competitiveness in managing non-standard projects.

The prize of the advisory board was financed by the company MPS Archonic GmbH.
