The Master's programme in Environmental Protection will hold its 31st Environment Day on 4 December 2020, this time on the topic "The Challenge of Green Infrastructure: Nürtingen 2020".
Climate change, loss of biodiversity and insect mortality are global problems that accompany our everyday life. The federal concept "Green Infrastructure" offers solutions. The majority of the population lives in cities, which is why urban "green infrastructure" is of particular importance for our quality of life. It is equally indispensable for the preservation of biological diversity and adaptation to climate change. But can the concept of urban "green infrastructure" be put into practice? Where are the hurdles? Which open questions should be answered, where is there a need for research? We would be pleased to welcome you to this event. The event is planned as a web conference and is free of charge.
